CREATOR STUDIO

Alerts & overlays.

What appears on your stream when someone cheers Dust, sends a Boost or starts supporting you. Add the overlay address to OBS as a Browser Source and it plays there — the chat announcement is separate and stays on your dashboard's support activity toggles.

On-stream alerts

Each kind of support gets its own picture, line of text and sound. Leave a picture or sound empty and the built-in artwork and chime are used, so alerts work before you upload anything.

Overlay address

Add this in OBS: Sources → + → Browser. A 600×220 box suits the default layout; the page is transparent, so put it wherever you want alerts to appear. The address carries a read-only key, so treat it like a private link.

Open
Add ?test=dust (or boost, support) to the address to play one sample alert while you position the box. Add &bare=1 to hide the small status line.

Pictures: PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF up to 2 MB, ideally square. Sounds: MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A up to 2 MB. Everything is stored on your own streaming server.
