What each check covers
- Website and pages — this site, its account screens and Creator Studio.
- Accounts, channels and the API — signing in, following, rewards, and every page that loads creator data.
- Realtime chat — chat messages, cheers and gift announcements in open tabs.
- Streams and video — going live and watching a stream. A stream with nothing broadcasting is still a healthy service; this checks the video pipeline, not whether someone is live.
If something is down
- Chat says “Reconnecting…” — leave the tab open. Messages reappear on their own once the chat service is back.
- Playback stalls or stops — the player retries up to five times. If it gives up, wait for the check above to go green and reload.
- Everything is green but something looks wrong for you — reload first, then email support@cpelora.com with your username and the channel or page.
