TRUST & SAFETY
Community rules.
CP Elora works because people can show up, stream and chat without being harassed. These rules apply to every channel, chat message, panel and profile on the platform.
Last updated 30 October 2026
The short version
- Be decent to people. Disagree with the stream, not the person.
- No harassment, hate, threats, doxxing or sexual content involving minors.
- No spam, scams, malware, or pretending to be someone else.
- Only stream content you have the rights to share.
- Follow the law where you live and where your viewers live.
Chat conduct
- Harassment and hate: no targeted abuse, slurs, sexual harassment, stalking, or coordinated pile-ons.
- Threats and violence: no threats of harm, encouragement of self-harm, or glorification of violence against people.
- Privacy: do not share another person's address, phone number, workplace, private messages or account details.
- Spam and scams: no advertising, referral links, crypto or giveaway scams, or repetitive flooding. Rate limits are enforced automatically.
- Impersonation: do not pose as another creator, a moderator, or CP Elora staff.
- Age: CP Elora is not for children under 13. Channels marked 18+ must keep adult content out of public chat.
Streaming and channel content
- Stream only content you own or are licensed to broadcast, including music, game footage and video clips.
- Mark your channel 18+ if you stream mature games, adult discussion or graphic content, and keep thumbnails and titles suitable for a general audience.
- No content that sexualises minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, or promotes terrorism or organised violence.
- No gambling streams aimed at UK viewers, and no streams of illegal activity.
- Panels, links and images on your channel are your responsibility. Do not link to malware, scams or prohibited content.
How moderation works
Channel owners and the moderators they appoint can delete messages, time out viewers and ban accounts from their channel. Timeouts expire automatically; bans stay until they are lifted. Site administrators can act on any channel when a report involves platform-wide harm.
Every moderation action is recorded with the channel, moderator, reason and timestamp so it can be reviewed.
Reporting something
- Open the channel and choose ⚑ Report this channel under the About panel. Pick a reason and add any detail that helps.
- The report goes to the channel owner and site moderators. Reports about the same channel from the same account are grouped rather than duplicated.
- If the problem is urgent, involves a child or a credible threat, email support@cpelora.com and, where there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Reports are reviewed by a person. We aim to review safety reports within 24 hours and other reports within three working days.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity we may remove content, issue a warning, time out an account, ban an account from a channel, suspend the account platform-wide, or remove a channel. Serious harm can lead to immediate suspension.
If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, reply to the notification you received or email support@cpelora.com with the channel name and roughly when it happened. A different moderator reviews appeals.
