Using CP Elora

CP Elora is a live streaming platform for independent creators. You may browse and watch without an account. Watching chat, sending messages, following creators and broadcasting require an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CP Elora. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service, and you may not broadcast or view 18+ content.

Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your password and stream key private. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
• Tell us promptly at support@cpelora.com if you believe your account or stream key has been compromised. Resetting your stream key in Creator Studio invalidates the old one immediately.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community rules.

Broadcasting

• You keep ownership of the content you stream. You grant CP Elora a non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, transcode and display it for the purpose of running the service.
• You are responsible for having the rights to everything you broadcast, including music and third-party video.
• Do not broadcast illegal content, content that sexualises minors, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Streaming quality depends on your connection and on the infrastructure available. CP Elora does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
• Recordings, clips and scheduled streams are not offered yet. Streams are not stored for replay unless a recording feature is introduced and described to you.

Chat and moderation

Channel owners and their moderators decide what is welcome in their chat. CP Elora may also act on any channel where content breaks the community rules. Moderation actions, including bans and timeouts, are recorded and can be appealed through support.

Channel points, drops and payments

Channel points and drops are free engagement features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or reset if abuse is detected.

Dust and Boosts are running in test mode: purchases are recorded and creator earnings are calculated, but no card is charged and no money is transferred. Paid checkout, gifts, tips and creator payouts are not enabled until a payment provider and payout arrangements are approved. Any control outside test mode that mentions them takes no payment. If live paid features launch, separate terms covering pricing, cancellation, refunds, creator payouts and taxes will be published before they can be purchased.

Availability and changes

CP Elora is an early-stage service. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and there may be maintenance windows. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

CP Elora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings, or content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using CP Elora at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other users.
