Age requirements

CP Elora accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Channels that broadcast mature games, adult discussion or graphic content must be marked 18+ and keep thumbnails, titles and panels suitable for a general audience. Content that sexualises minors is prohibited without exception and is reported to the relevant authorities.

Content that is never allowed

  • Sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to contact a child for a sexual purpose.
  • Credible threats of violence, incitement to violence, or promotion of terrorism.
  • Content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders or suicide.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, intimate image sharing, or "revenge porn".
  • Doxxing, stalking, or sharing someone's private information without consent.
  • Illegal gambling aimed at UK viewers, sale of illegal goods, or instructions for weapons and malware.

If you see something wrong

  1. In a channel: use ⚑ Report this channel in the About panel. The channel owner and site moderators see it.
  2. In chat: ask a moderator to remove the message. Channel owners and their moderators can delete messages, time out and ban accounts.
  3. Urgent danger: contact your local emergency services first, then email support@cpelora.com.
  4. Your own account: if your account or stream key may be compromised, reset the stream key in Creator Studio, change your password from the account menu, and tell support.

Support for viewers

Streaming can be intense. If a stream or chat is affecting your wellbeing, leave the channel and take a break. The following services offer free, confidential support (UK):

  • Samaritans — call 116 123, any time.
  • Shout — text SHOUT to 85258.
  • Mind — mind.org.uk for information and local services.

Privacy and blocking

Your email address is private and never shown in chat or on your channel. Chat shows your username, role badges and messages only. CP Elora does not currently offer per-user blocking; use reports and ask a channel moderator for help. A blocking feature is on the roadmap.

Copyright and takedowns

If you believe content on CP Elora infringes your copyright, email support@cpelora.com with the channel URL, the work involved, and a statement that you own or represent the rights. We remove or restrict content while we review a complete notice.

The full DMCA process — what a notice must contain, where to send it, and how to counter-notice if your own channel is reported — is on the DMCA & copyright page.

Reporting security problems

Please report vulnerabilities privately to support@cpelora.com rather than testing them against other users. Include steps to reproduce and the impact you believe it has. We will acknowledge your report and tell you when a fix ships; we do not pursue good-faith researchers.
